The Kids Pass is available for children ages 2 and up attending the World Treehouse Conference with their family and includes meals and shared lodging for the duration of the event.
Please note that the World Treehouse Conference is not a children’s event. Programming is designed for adults and includes long days, technical sessions, and active outdoor environments. While children are welcome to attend with their family, childcare will not be provided, and kids must remain under the supervision of a parent or guardian at all times.
For families who do attend, kids are invited to participate in our Kids Mini Treehouse Contest, a fun, creative activity designed especially for younger builders.

After many successful years at Out'n'About Treesort in Takilma, Oregon, we’re thrilled to announce that the 2026 World Treehouse Conference will be held at the breathtaking Camp Gallagher in Lakebay, Washington. Just 1.5 hours from Seattle-Tacoma Airport, this stunning venue offers a perfect blend of inspiration and tranquility. Nestled along the shores of Case Inlet in the South Puget Sound, attendees will enjoy forested trails, beachside exploration, peaceful waterside views, and even a treehouse – all while connecting with our global community of treehouse enthusiasts.

Join us for the only organized conference dedicated exclusively to the art and science of treehouse building. For more than 30 years, the Annual World Treehouse Conference has brought together the global treehouse community to share knowledge, exchange ideas, and build lasting connections.
After many successful years at Out’n’About Treesort in Takilma, Oregon, the conference moved to Camp Gallagher in Lakebay, Washington and 2026 marks our second year at this stunning new home. Located just 1.5 hours from Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, Camp Gallagher offers a forested, waterfront setting that feels perfectly suited to our community.
The site accommodates up to 120 attendees and provides an inspiring backdrop for hands-on learning, meaningful conversations, and reconnecting with builders from around the world. If you are bringing your children over 2 years old a kids pass is required to purchase for the event
